Policies in effect as of 1/1/12

- All prospective applicants MUST submit a completed application form.

- Opposite sexed hedgehogs will not be sold to a customer unless that customer is a USDA licensed breeder in good standing in the community OR is not yet licensed but is being mentored by a USDA licensed breeder in good standing.

- Early Reservation fee and/or Deposits must be received within 24 hours via paypal.

- All Early Reservation fees, deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. NO REFUNDS on returned animals....we are not buying a pair of shoes here folks,this is a commitment and not to be taken lightly. 

- All hedgehogs leave here in good health.  The option to have a vet visit before you pick up your baby is available for a fee of 90.00 from which you will receive a sign off from the vet stating the hedgehog is in good health.  This is an option not mandatory, however be aware that once the hedgehog leaves our home ALL HEALTH CARE COSTS ARE YOURS. 

- If for any reason at all you decide to return the hedgehog, it can only be received back to us as a rescue for the very reason that we can not vouch for the health of the animal that you are returning nor for the environment he/she was exposed to while in your care.  He/she will thus have a vet visit, be in quarantine for 2 wks and be treated with Revolution all costs out of our pocket.  Thus whether you are returning the hedgehog a wk or a yr from when you purchased YOU WILL NOT receive financial compensation. 

- Cage setups must be paid for when they are ordered.  All cage setup sales are Final, NO REFUNDS.

- NO animal will be held or reserved without the appropriate fees being received in full.

- All contracts will be enforced to the fullest extent of the law.  YES we WILL take you to small claims court if your breach your contract.
