If you are from the state of Maine.....

• You must contact the state dep of wildlife and fisheries to request a permit.

• You must PAY FOR A HEALTH CERTIFICATE on top of the fee for the hedgehog.  This currently costs 80.00 but can change without notice at the discretion of our vet.

• At pick up you must bring both permits from the state - permit to import and permit to keep the hedgehog.
